Preparation Sessions:
- 11:00 AM: Research and Case Preparation Workshop
- 12:00 PM: Brief Writing Workshop
- 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
Afternoon:
- 2:00 PM: Preliminary Rounds (Round 1)
- Each team presents their arguments before a panel of judges.
- 4:00 PM: Networking Session and Refreshments
- 5:00 PM: End of Day 1
Evening:
- 7:00 PM: Social Dinner and Networking Event
- A casual dinner where participants can mingle and socialize with fellow competitors, judges, and organizers.
Day 2, March 17th
Morning:
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast
- 9:30 AM: Preliminary Rounds (Round 2)
- Teams switch sides and present their rebuttals to the opposing team’s arguments from the previous day.
- 11:30 AM: Semi-Finals Announcements
- Announcement of the teams that will proceed to the semi-final rounds.
Preparation Sessions:
- 12:00 PM: Review and Feedback Session with Judges
- Semi-finalists get the opportunity to receive feedback on their performances in the preliminary rounds.
- 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
Afternoon:
- 2:00 PM: Semi-Final Rounds
- Semi-finalist teams compete against each other in more challenging rounds.
- 4:00 PM: Networking Session and Refreshments
- 5:00 PM: Final Round Announcements
- Announcement of the teams that will advance to the final round.
Evening:
- 7:00 PM: Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony
- A formal event where the finalists and outstanding participants are recognized and awarded.
- 9:00 PM: Closing Remarks and Celebration
